Neque porro quisquam est qui dolorem ipsum quia dolor sit amet, consectetur, adipisci velit..."

Lorem Ipsum - Useless fact of the day.... What is it?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

We were asked to figure out which of the 7.5 learning habits were easy and which were challenges - well, one of my strengths is learning purely because I'm curious. I hate being told "no" without a reason, reasons are *important*!! And, anyway getting back to this learning thingy... if I could figure out how to get Skype on my home PC to work, I could listen to the Pod cast and tell you! LOL. So as usual my learning takes the non -direct completely off topic route... but I still somehow find a way to get back to where I'm supposed to be. Just, I never take the direct (or god forbid!) easy way!! :) I guess my next post will tell you all about that part... when I get back to work, or figure out how skype integrates pods cast and live music... hum... disconnect Skype phone?? :) Naw.. too easy!!

Anyway, I'm still currently working on my blog - I can't get the linking to work right for my Cheekee Monkee pictures and link... Sigh. That whole "insert link" button thing has me flumoxed. Of course I think (I'm not sure) if I could just figure out the appropriate HTML tagging, I could just code it in... but that would be work. And I like to avoid work. Really, this whole thing is so complicated...a search for bits and pieces to put together to make it work. And then there's that whole Blog Spot changing to Blogger, requiring me to create a new id... very annoying. But hey, its free, right?

And for those who managed to read this far, and are wondering about the Latin... the Latin is *most* appropriate I think. I'm told it translates as follows:

"There is no one who loves pain itself, who seeks after it and wants to have it, simply because it is pain..." beginning Section 1.10.32 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum", written by Cicero in 45 BC
